STATISTICS FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2024.

Unique Visitors:- From a Corona Virus low of 228 in Feb 21 we recovered to a more respectable figure of 673 which in March rose to 721 only to fall back in April to 554 and now at 614. The winding up of the Martice Club have resulted in the figures falling but the unexpected interest from Germany has more than compensated.

An all-time high for time spent on the website was in Oct 2023 of 156 GB and then in Nov 2023 of 25.4 GB has fallen in June 2024 to 180 MB indicating a larger number of people visiting the website but not spending as much on the site. The momentous change is the interest from Germany rising from 24 pages to 1,674 in April 24 & holding steady at 1687 in June 24!!

Danceboy’s SCD Journal seems to have remained of interest to a constant few throughout the Covid months. Interest has increased to date in UK while the pages read from USA appear to have peaked during the Covid months now back to 390 in June 2024.

Not only has Germany leapt from a lowly 24 pages but has overtaken USA and the home country to a Pages Read figure of 1,687!! These figures are I suspect a temporary rise and unlikely to continue into 2024 - we’ll see!!

Russia recovers a little to 117 and China falling back to 61!

Canada fallen back to 17 this month! Slight increase from Australia to 71 with New Zealand losing interest altogether!!

No-matter what, it is still pleasing to see all those who love to ‘dance Scottish’ the world o’er still maintaining an interest in the scottish country dance scene.
